From grove to bottle

Harvesting

Our olives are hand-picked from hillside grove in Albania at peak ripeness to ensure the highest quality and flavor in every bottle.

Weighing & Cleaning

Each olive is carefully washed to remove any impurities while preserving its natural essence.

Milling & Malaxing

The olives are ground into a paste and then slowly mixed, allowing the oil to separate from the fruit's pulp.

Cold Pressing

The paste is cold-pressed using modern extraction equipment, ensuring the temperature stays low to ensure the oil's nutrients & flavor.

Filtering & Storing

The oil is filtered to remove impurities, and it is transferred into stainless steel tanks for storage, keeping it fresh and pure.
