About Us
A Legacy Pressed in Time
Arbëria
This is not an industrial product, and it was never meant to be.

Our hillside groves in southern Albania
Our olive oil comes from the south of Albania, where the land meets the sea and the Mediterranean climate shapes everything slowly, over time. The trees we care for are not new — some of them have stood for centuries, first planted by our great-grandfather and passed down through generations.
We grew up around these trees. Taking care of them is not a seasonal task, but a year-long commitment. Pruning, observing, waiting — always with respect for the rhythm of nature.
Our Roots
Rooted in Tradition
Long before this bottle found its way to your table, there was a vision — one rooted in dedication, patience, and a deep respect for the land. Our great-grandfather devoted years to cultivating olives in the hillside regions of Albania, believing that true quality comes from care, time, and tradition. Today, Arbëria carries that legacy forward.
The Harvest
From Grove to Bottle
Our olives are grown in natural hillside groves, shaped by a Mediterranean climate, rich soil, and continuous sun exposure. Each harvest is carefully timed, and the olives are handpicked at their optimal ripeness to preserve their full character.
Within hours of harvesting, the olives are cold-pressed using modern extraction methods that maintain low temperatures throughout the process — allowing the oil to remain pure, unrefined, and true to its origin.

Our Promise
Limited by Nature. Defined by Quality.
We don't produce large quantities. What we make is limited, shaped by the harvest of each year. But in that limitation, we focus on something else: attention, patience, and quality that cannot be rushed.
The result is a premium extra virgin olive oil with a balanced flavor profile, delicate fruity notes, and a smooth, clean finish.
"Arbëria is more than olive oil — it is heritage, craftsmanship, and quality brought together in every drop."
